Refund Policy

Report Unlocks

Single full-reading report unlocks are non-refundable. Because the full reading is delivered immediately on unlock, the purchase is final.

Report unlocks purchased before June 14, 2026 remain covered by the previous policy and are refundable within 14 days of the original purchase. The in-app refund button has been retired, so to claim an eligible legacy refund, email support@memenow.xyz with your account email and your Stripe receipt or order ID before that 14-day window closes.

If you were charged in error or have a billing problem, email support@memenow.xyz and we will review it.

Basic Credits

Basic credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are consumable and never expire, so you can use them whenever you like.

Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships are refundable on a prorated basis. From your account membership page, select Request refund to return the unused portion of the current billing cycle — the time-based remainder of the cycle's fee, reduced by the value of any report unlocks you have already used this cycle. Issuing the refund ends your subscription and revokes member access immediately. If your used unlocks already offset the remaining value, no amount is refundable; cancel instead to stop renewal and keep access until the cycle ends. You may also cancel at any time without a refund to let access continue through the end of the current period.

Other Purchases

Report purchases settled through the automated API payment rail (outside of Stripe Checkout) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

For a monthly membership refund, open your account membership page and select Request refund. The prorated refund is processed immediately and your membership ends at once.

For duplicate charges, billing errors, or access problems, email support@memenow.xyz with your account email and your Stripe receipt or order ID.

Processing Time

Refunds are issued through Stripe. Processing timelines depend on your payment method and issuing bank:

• 5–10 business days for credit cards.
• Up to 10 business days for debit cards.
• Instant or next business day for supported digital wallets.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Contact your bank if the credit does not appear within the stated window.
